Shipping Policy

Allow up to 3 business days for standard orders to be dispatched from
our Melbourne warehouse.
Pre-order deliveries are estimated to be 4-6 weeks from the date of purchase.

Australian shipping fees

  • Orders under $150 AUD: $9.95 AUD standard delivery.
  • Orders of $150 AUD or more: Free standard delivery.

Australian orders are sent via Australia Post Standard shipping. The free-delivery threshold is calculated using the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before shipping charges. This offer applies to Australian delivery addresses only.

International shipping

International standard shipping is a flat $20 AUD per order to destinations available at checkout. The Australian free-shipping offer does not apply to international orders.

How do I track my order?

Australia Post Tracking

1. You will receive your tracking number by email 2 days after your order has been dispatched.

2. Go to http://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/track.html#/track and enter your tracking number and press the track button. You will then see the progress of your parcel. If you have any issues tracking your parcel please email

Monitoring your Tracked Order

A tracked service means you get a tracking number and real-time updates on your orders progress. Although some may of you may order tracking for added security only, it is important to monitor your parcels progress along its journey to you. Sometimes, things can go wrong along the way- local postal delays may occur, the incorrect address may have been provided, or the local postal service may not leave a note for you to collect your parcel. If you have troubles with the tracking application or did not receive your tracking number we are more than happy to help. Otherwise, it is your responsibility to monitor your parcels progress using the information provided to you. Simply email info@nubreed.com.au and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Delivery Delays

If there is a delay with your order that we are aware of, we will try and let you know ASAP.

As with all freight, including post, delays can unfortunately occur but from our side, we try and be as efficient as possible and aim to have all parcels shipped within 24-36 hours from the time of the order being placed. Pre orders can take longer as they are products made to order and can take 4 - 6 weeks for delivery.

Delays are to be expected during sales periods. We appreciate your understanding.
