In-stock orders are normally dispatched from Melbourne within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Dispatch time is separate from delivery time.
AUSTRALIAN DELIVERY
Australia Post Standard: $9.95 AUD for orders under $150 AUD. Free standard delivery on orders of $150 AUD or more, after discounts.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Flat $20 AUD standard shipping per order to destinations available at checkout. Australian free-shipping offers do not apply.

30-DAY HAT RETURNS
Request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your hat. For change-of-mind returns, hats must be unworn with tags attached. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
POSTAGE & REFUNDS
You pay change-of-mind return postage. Use a tracked service and keep your receipt. Original delivery charges are not refunded. For exchanges, replacement delivery is also payable; we will confirm the cost first. No restocking fee applies, and we do not deduct shipping originally provided free.
