Can I get a replacement?
At NU Breed, we prioritize sustainability. If a specific part of your product is faulty, we'll replace that part rather than the entire product. We strive to provide a replacement of the same size and color; if unavailable, we'll seek the closest match.
What does my warranty not cover?
General wear and tear (e.g., scratches, dropped products, dents)
Damage caused by incorrect cleaning or misuse (e.g., use of dishwasher, freezer)
Disassembly, alterations, or modifications (e.g., engraving performed by third parties)
What do I need to make a claim under warranty?
A valid proof of purchase is essential to verify the purchase date and ensure product authenticity. Without proof of purchase, we cannot validate the warranty or provide a replacement.
Claiming under warranty
If you suspect a fault, reach out to us with details and a photo of the issue. Faulty products are eligible for refunds within thirty days of purchase; after this period, we can only offer replacements under warranty.
Please note that the warranty does not reset with the receipt of a replacement product.
What shall I do if my product arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately with images of the product and packaging. We'll happily replace it. Avoid using the product, as this may void the warranty.
